How it works
How does virtual personal styling work?
It starts with a free 20-minute consultation. If we're a good fit, you'll work one-on-one with me, Spencer, from your own home. We'll explore your goals and preferences, review what you already own, identify the gaps, and build complete looks around your life and budget.
Do I need to live near you?
No. Everything is virtual, so we can work together from anywhere in the United States.
What happens during the free consultation?
It's a 20-minute virtual call. We'll talk about your wardrobe challenges, what you'd like to change, and how my programs work. There's no obligation.
How long does a program take?
It's up to you. Every program is tailored to your needs, and there's some homework along the way, plus feedback rounds depending on your package. You set the pace: the quicker you move, the quicker we finish.
Who will I be working with?
Me, Spencer Shimada. I've spent more than a decade helping people build wardrobes that feel practical, personal, and right for their lives, and you'll work with me directly.

Pricing & policies
How much does it cost?
Styling programs start at $800. More comprehensive programs are available at $1,200, $2,000, and $3,000. You don't need to pick one before we talk; we'll figure out the right fit during your free consultation.
What's included in the $800 Foundation Bundle?

Are clothes included in the price?
No. Your program fee covers the styling services. Clothing purchases are separate, and my shopping recommendations take your budget into account.
What's your refund policy?
Because every client starts with a free consultation, programs are non-refundable once purchased. Please begin your program within 30 days of purchase; after that, the account is closed without a refund. If you need a different arrangement, just ask. Exceptions agreed verbally or in writing are always honored.

Is this for me?
I don't really know my style, and I'm not into fashion. Is this for me?
Yes. You don't need a fashion vocabulary or a love of shopping. You just need clothes that work for your life and feel like you, and that's the job.
Do I need to replace my entire wardrobe?
No. We start with what you already own and identify what works before recommending anything new.
Can you help if my body or weight is changing?
Yes. We can work with where you are today, bring older pieces back into rotation when they fit again, and buy strategically so you're not rebuilding your closet every few months.
